I understand what you’re asking. It’s wrong to act better than someone else because of religion (or anything else, for that matter! race, age, etc.)

However, if you check out the Bible (I’m Catholic too), it says that Jesus really is the only way to God. “No one goes to the Father except through me.” “I am the way, the truth, and the life.” So as a Catholic, that’s what I believe.

So, I really do believe that my faith in Jesus is the only way that I can be saved, and I want everyone else to have that personal relationship too. However, that does not make me better than anyone else, and I should not force my beliefs on anyone. I should love everyone no matter what religion, or lack of it. And I should not act like my beliefs are better than anyone else’s.

Hope I explained my views clearly.

Answer is pretty simple- man made religion- so it has weaknesses- pride, false beliefs, inconsistencies and the likes.

This is why all we need is a relationship with Jesus Christ!

Everyone with an opinion can reasonably expect that their opinion is correct – nothing strange about that. The problem is when people believe that mere opinion is substantiated fact. Personally, I have no problem with religious diversity, or with religious people who believe that their opinions are right.
You yourself, for example, have an opinion that you stated in your question, and you assume that your opinion is more valid than the differing opinions.

As a Christian I believe we have the answer..we have the cure for the disease, and that there is only one cure. I can’t be supportive of someone elses cure if I believe ours is the only one that is real

To answer those last 3 questions, no, no, and probably not.

I personally don’t believe my religion to be superior to others (by not ONE path could we arrive at such a tremendous secret).
