How long a drive is it from Lake Placid, NY to Oswego, NY?
My girlfriend goes to Paul smiths college, near lake placid and I am at SUNY oswego. Mapquest says 3 hrs and 41 mins, but that is almost never accurate. Anybody know a more accurate estimated time or know how to find out?
I’ve never made that particular drive, but Mapquest says it is about 180 miles. Remember, you are going through some winding roads in the mountains to get to I-81. You might be able to do a little better than 3:41, but it’s not like you’ll be on the Interstate for very long.
