How do you download software so your zen micro can work?



I just got a 5 gig black zen micro. The problem is I got it off of ebay. All it came with was the mp3 its self. How do you download the software or what do you do to make your computer sync stuff to it. I have a usb cord. Please help adn post links to a site that might work. thanks.
