How do I import music from itunes onto my Zen software?



My friend got a Zen and it’s not letting her put her music from itunes onto the software that came with it. Does anyone know how to do this?
We tried highlighting and dragging it but the songs wouldn’t play.

    You can’t. iTunes music is in a protected format that ONLY iTunes, the iPod & the iPhone support.
