What is the difference between The Zen and Apple iPod iTouch? My son is asking for the Apple itouch 2nd generation,but now I see The Zen. Thank you for your advice!

My friend got a Zen and it’s not letting her put her music from itunes onto the software that came with it. Does anyone know how to do this?
We tried highlighting and dragging it but the songs wouldn’t play.

I want to charge my Zen with a Motorola phone charger because it will fit in the Zen and i can do it if they are of the same voltage. The phone charger’s output voltage is 5.0V.

Is it possible to sync a creative zen player with itunes in the same way that you can an ipod? ie: plug it in to the usb port and itunes automatically recognizes it and syncs its library? if so how? if not, are there any easy, effective alternatives?
